All products purchased through luxllenthair.com can be returned or exchanged within 72 hours of receiving the goods by contacting our customer service.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
The item must be unused and undamaged, which means it could not be, washed, cut, colored, altered, trimmed, dyed, shampooed, or damaged in any way. It must include all original tags and packaging. Otherwise, customers will be responsible for all incurred costs, and no refund will be issued.
Once we accept the return request, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product that meets the return requirements. The refund will be issued through the original method used for the purchase.
Only exchanges for items of equal or greater value are supported.
To ensure the safety of the goods during the return or exchange process, please use a traceable shipping method. FedEx and DHL are recommended.
Limitation of Liability
Luxllent hair, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. We will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein.
This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Luxllent hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement
